Alice Lowery
Founder and fearless leader of OutBurst Consulting, Alice brings over a decade of hands-on experience building brands, teams, and momentum across the D2D, recruiting, and marketing space. She credits her work ethic and intuition to her early years in the bar and restaurant industry—where she learned how to read people fast, move even faster, and never miss a detail.
Since launching OutBurst, Alice has grown a multi-state powerhouse fueled by strategy, systems, and straight-up hustle. She's known for her bold ideas, her obsession with efficiency, and her people-first leadership style that keeps both clients and teammates coming back.
A mom of two boys and the original multitasking queen, Alice is always on the move—just how she likes it.
Hailee Martin
Since joining OutBurst’s New Orleans branch in early 2023, Hailee has become the definition of indispensable. Known as our right hand and behind-the-scenes powerhouse, she keeps the engine running—from daily ops to deep client support, especially as she’s recently shifted into a backend-focused role.
With unmatched attention to detail, killer organization skills, and a get-it-done attitude, Hailee makes complex days run smooth—often before anyone even realizes there was a fire to put out.
Outside of the hustle, she’s a proud taco connoisseur and loves nothing more than quality time with her family.

Stacey Hurt
A proud Birmingham native and University of Alabama grad (Roll Tide forever!), Stacey is a vital part of our behind-the-scenes crew at OutBurst. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, collected presence, she keeps our books balanced and our data in check—handling everything from bookkeeping to backend reporting with grace.
Stacey is deeply devoted to her family and faith. She’s a proud mom, a spreadsheet slayer, and if you ask her what she’s living for—she’ll tell you straight up: Jesus.
We’re grateful for her heart, her consistency, and the quiet strength she brings to our team every day.
Paige Horist
A Michigan native with a voice as powerful as her work ethic, Paige brings over five years of marketing experience to the OutBurst team. Since joining in 2024, she’s been a creative force—whether she’s crafting strategy, uplifting others, or sharing her latest original song.
When she’s not making waves in the recruiting world, Paige is writing music, playing shows, and living out her newlywed life with the love of her life. She's one of the kindest humans you'll ever meet—and we’re lucky to have her.

Originally from Ohio, Gabby spent her summers guarding the beaches of Hilton Head Island—where fate (and a rescue tube) introduced her to her future husband. These days, she calls New Orleans home and brings that same fearless energy to every candidate conversation she leads.
Since joining OutBurst in 2024, Gabby has become our go-to interviewer—sharp, intentional, and endlessly encouraging. Outside of work, you can catch her cheering on the Saints and Buckeyes, spoiling her pups, planning her next trip, or diving into all things wellness.

Katie joined OutBurst with a strong background in client coordination, project management, and a reputation for calm consistency under pressure. With experience in both creative and administrative roles, she brings a sharp eye for detail and a knack for balancing structure with flexibility.
Since relocating to South Carolina with her new husband, Katie continues to bring steady energy, killer spreadsheets, and top-tier follow-through to every task she tackles. Whether she's organizing behind the scenes or communicating with clients, she keeps the flow smooth—and the team grateful.

Lisa Patel
With nearly a decade of experience in software implementation and sales—working with industry leaders like Intuit and ADP—Lisa brings a powerhouse combo of tech savvy, process thinking, and people-first communication to the OutBurst team.
Originally from New York, Lisa just made the move back to Idaho with her growing family. She’s a brand-new mama to baby Kavia Estelle, and somehow still manages to be one of the most reliable, responsive, and supportive team players you’ll ever meet.
Outside of work, you can find her building Legos, binge-watching movies, and getting lost in a good book (or bedtime story).
Rachael Holmes
Rachael joined the OutBurst team in March 2025, bringing a strong background in recruiting and HR with powerhouse brands like Yahoo, Raytheon, and Green Tokai. She’s especially passionate about helping early-career talent find their fit and flourish.
When she’s not sourcing top-tier candidates, Rachael is raising two adorable kids and running her own handmade children’s clothing line—a true blend of strategy and creativity. Whether she’s working with clients or behind her sewing machine, she brings heart, drive, and that “make it happen” mindset to everything she does.

Originally from West Africa, Denise has called Boise, Idaho home for over 25 years. With a rich background in both nonprofit work and tech sales, she brings strong communication skills, a talent for relationship-building, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset to every interaction.
She joined OutBurst in August 2025 and quickly became a reliable presence across our booking and interview support teams. Whether she’s coordinating logistics, connecting with candidates, or helping new hires feel seen and supported, Denise leads with empathy, excellence, and heart.
A proud mom of two boys, Denise is also a lover of fashion, fitness, and a good book—and credits her faith and family for keeping her grounded and resilient.

Originally from Michigan, Lauren brings her signature mix of calm confidence and thoughtful insight to the OutBurst recruiting team. Whether she’s interviewing candidates for multiple clients or offering actionable, high-impact feedback, Lauren’s strength lies in her ability to see both the big picture and the small details.
She’s a true team player with a heart for people and a brain for process—and she’s not afraid to dive in wherever help is needed.
Outside of work, Lauren is all about iced coffee, lakeside weekends with her soon-to-be husband Sam, and creating floral bouquets from her homegrown garden (yes, really). Her vibe? Warm, grounded, and effortlessly cool.

Sadie joined the OutBurst team in 2024 and quickly became a calm, steady presence behind the scenes. Based in Utah, she brings a background in hospitality and event coordination, with experience managing fast-paced environments and helping teams stay organized and on track.
Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and quiet dedication, Sadie’s the kind of person who makes things better just by being there. Whether it’s keeping systems moving or supporting the team however needed, she always shows up—no spotlight required.

Originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Jade joined OutBurst shortly after graduating with a degree in Animal and Dairy Sciences from Mississippi State University. With a naturally organized mindset and a strong attention to detail, she brings structure, clarity, and calm confidence to everything she does.
Whether she’s interviewing candidates, helping with travel support, or jumping in wherever she’s needed, Jade is a true team player—always ready to help, always ready to hustle.
Outside of work, you’ll find her running, staying active, and soaking up that Mississippi sunshine—fueling the energy she brings to every day.

Trey Hammons-Scott
Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Trey is a dynamic multi-hyphenate with a background in sales, fitness, and digital branding. After running collegiate track at Ohio Dominican University, he relocated to Dallas in 2016 and launched a successful career in the auto industry—where he first honed his skills in customer relationships and performance under pressure.
Trey joined the OutBurst team bringing his signature drive, focus, and adaptability. Currently based in Idaho, he balances his professional role with a passion for health and wellness. He’s a certified personal trainer, actively pursuing his nutrition coaching certification, and spends his free time creating fitness content, recording music, and helping small businesses grow their presence online.
Above all, Trey is a dedicated family man—proud husband and dad—and a firm believer in helping others reach their full potential.
